Working with an international UHNW client base, you will deliver a seamless, discreet and highly personalised service, managing a wide range of lifestyle requests to the highest possible standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day concierge requests for an international portfolio of high-net-worth clients
- Sourcing and securing exclusive reservations, travel, events, and bespoke experiences
- Building and maintaining an exceptional network of luxury suppliers and contacts
- Delivering a highly responsive, detail-driven and proactive service at all times
- Handling last-minute and complex requests with efficiency and discretion
- Ensuring all client interactions reflect the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience within luxury concierge, private PA, lifestyle management or high-end hospitality
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Calm under pressure with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
- A natural problem-solver with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
- Discreet, polished and accustomed to working with UHNW individuals
